John and Carolyn Munson looked for a new house when their children were grown. Their 25 year-old 4,500 square foot home was difficult and expensive to maintain. After looking at houses, condominiums and town houses with too many stairs, master bedrooms on second levels, and too much wasted space, the Munsons identified a real need for active adult homes & neighborhoods. They founded New Life Homes to address the need by creating and building housing specifically designed for people who want the convenience of single-story and master-on-main living in a maintenance-free community.
Family members, along with carefully selected professionals now comprise the company as respected experts in field. This type of home and neighborhood is New Life Homes’ one and only product.
